💳 Subscriptions are recurring. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You will receive an email receipt for each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
After the 7-day window: Payments beyond the initial 7-day period are non-refundable. Partial-period refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Yearly plans: If you cancel a yearly plan within 7 days of renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of that renewal payment.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to train your chatbot. We are not liable for incorrect or misleading responses caused by inaccurate input data.
All platform code, design, branding, and features are the intellectual property of FAQ-this. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Content you upload (business info, menus, logos) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to power your chatbot.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
Conversations between your customers and your chatbot may be processed by third-party AI providers under their own data processing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAQ-this and its founders, employees, or partners shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
